Welcome to Snow Hill’s Baby Me Always. This website is operated by Snow Hill’s Baby Me Always LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Snow Hill’s Baby Me Always LLC.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND INTENDED AUDIENCE
Our website and products are intended exclusively for purchase by adults (parents, guardians, or individuals over the age of 18). We do not knowingly or intentionally market to, collect data from, or sell directly to children under the age of 13, in strict compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTION MODELS & PRODUCT VARIATIONS
We curate our inventory using a mix of fulfillment methods, including Print-on-Demand (POD), third-party wholesale/dropshipping, and independently manufactured/handmade items.
- Product Variations: You acknowledge that mockups and digital images on our website are approximations. Due to the nature of printing, custom dye lots, and handmade craftsmanship (including items stitched by our contracted artisans), slight variations in color, print placement, sizing, and fabric texture may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute a product defect.
- Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 4 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES
We proudly ship our children's and lifestyle products worldwide.
- Import Fees: For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and local brokerage chargeslevied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- Delivery Delays: Because we utilize external shipping carriers and international customs processes, we are not liable for transit delays caused by customs hold-ups, weather, or postal disruptions.
- Split Shipments: Because your order may be fulfilled across different facilities (POD, dropship suppliers, or local studios), items in a single order may arrive in separate packages at different times.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND INTINMATE CARE ITEMS
Our return policy is governed strictly by the rules detailed on our Returns Page.
- Final Sale Items: Due to health, hygiene, and safety standards regarding infants and children, all intimate items, customized print-on-demand items, and custom handmade blankets/garments are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive physically defective or damaged.
- Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof to qualify for a replacement.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, designs, text, graphics, logos, images, clothing patterns, and product photography displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Snow Hill’s Baby Me Always LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or distribute any material from this site without our express, written prior consent.
SECTION 7 - PRODUCT SAFETY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Proper Use: Our products are designed for infant and children's use, but always require adult supervision. Blankets, clothing, and accessories must be used strictly in accordance with safe-sleep guidelines and age-appropriate recommendations to prevent hazards, including suffocation or choking.
- Limitation of Liability: In no case shall Snow Hill’s Baby Me Always LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors (including independent seamstresses) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, injuries or allergic reactions arising from your use or purchase of any of our products. Our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and shall never exceed the exact dollar amount paid by you for the specific product causing the dispute.
SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.
Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchases must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, USA. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
